Maths tuition is not always only about catching up, filling in the blanks, or bridging the gaps. Mr Coach strongly believes that every student should be taught to the top and we equally recognise the importance and support the use of extra-curricular and extension activities in and out of school for the purpose of enriching mathematics education.

These activities represent a wonderful opportunity for students to learn higher maths and during such classes, students can also explore interesting, real-life mathematics beyond the standard curriculum allowing the tutor to engage learners in an exciting and positive manner.

Mr Coach is a strong advocate of stretch in teaching and learning maths and a promoter of students’ progression to mathematics-related courses, careers, and university degrees.

We participate in CPD training organised by AMSP and King’s School London and follow other organisations and resources that lead the way in widening participation in mathematics and encouraging students of all ages to study this beautiful and inspiring subject above and beyond.
